Here's a picture of an inexpensive one we like to use. The product is called an Audio Channel Separation Adapter. Basically what is does is split the stereo signal output by your device. Build Your Own

There are many, many different ways to build your own splitter however. Remember, the software pumps out the audio for what's CUED to the LEFT channel. The RIGHT channel is the MAIN out, whose content is controlled by the crossfader.

So all your splitter needs to do is allow you to plug your headphones into the left channel, and pass the right channel as your main out to your mixer or amp.
